After listening to our goals and concerns Brian provided us with clear and accurate information regarding the current market for our house, our neighbourhood and the other neighbourhoods and areas that we were interested in. He had obviously done his homework and his knowledge was impressive. At the end of the meeting we were confident that we could make the right decision for us with the information we were provided. At no time did I feel I was being 'sold' or pushed to sell. In the end we decided not to enter the market at this time; however there is no doubt that we will use Brian for any future real estate business that we do be it commercial or residential.
